Fraudulent Copyright Claims at YouTube: Who is LatinAutor and LatinAutorPerf?

Recently I got a Copyright infringement claim on one of my YouTube music recordings. It was of course a mistake, because the composition was in Public Domain, and the recording was my own electronic-digital "performance". The claim was dismissed in a few days.

But I was curious: who would claim a copyright on my music recording? OK, among the claimants were UMPG Publishing, Sony Music Publishing, Hexacorp (music publishing). My recording sounded probably similar to one in their repertoire. So it was just a simple mistake, that can happen.

But then there were two other claimants: "LatinAutor" and "LatinAutorPerf". Who the hell is that? One appears to be for the copyright on the music composition, the other one on the performance, i.e. recording of it.

I did some search, and a Google search revealed that there are many websites complaining about the bogus copyright claims by these two claimants:

Seems a legit YouTuber, 19 videos, 121 subscribers. So why is his name showing up in so many false copyright claims? Is this possibly a bug in YouTube? Some internal error, a mis-configuration of some sort? Is that just a coincidence that his name is the same of that scammer?

YouTube seems to be indifferent about this... they are very quick to remove a video when they see a nipple in it, but against actual fraud they do nothing.

Maybe I will contact him and ask if he is the one who does those fraudulent bogus copyright claims. But I do not think that this dude has anything to do with it...
