Fraudulent Copyright Claims at YouTube: Who is LatinAutor and LatinAutorPerf?

Recently I got a Copyright infringement claim on one of my YouTube music recordings. It was of course a mistake, because the composition was in Public Domain, and the recording was my own electronic-digital "performance". The claim was dismissed in a few days. But I was curious: who would claim a copyright on my music recording? OK, among the claimants were UMPG Publishing, Sony Music Publishing, Hexacorp (music publishing). My recording sounded probably similar to one in their repertoire. So it was just a simple mistake, that can happen. But then there were two other claimants: "LatinAutor" and "LatinAutorPerf". Who the hell is that? One appears to be for the copyright on the music composition, the other one on the performance, i.e. recording of it. I did some search, and a Google search revealed that there are many websites complaining about the bogus copyright claims by these two claimants: https://www.google.com/search?q=LatinAutor%2C+LatinAutorPerf...
